Following our Joe's Shanghai success, owner and chef Joe Si created Joe's Ginger in New York Chinatown in December 2004, as part of the expansion to our Joe's Shanghai model.

Joe's Ginger serves Hong Kong Style Shanghai cuisine. A style that combines the Western influences with the traditional recipes. It also serves some of the famous Joe's Shanghai's dishes - Cold Cuts; Shredded Turnip Shortcake; Braised Duck; Lion's Head; Braised Pork Shoulder and of course, our ever popular "Xiao Long Bao" or "Soup Dumpling". It comes in two varieties - pork and crab meat with pork.

Our Joe's Ginger Restaurant is located at 25 Pell Street, a few stores away from Joe's Shanghai Chinatown store.
